Getting There

Automobile
Most visitors come to Arches National Park via automobile.  The entrance to the Park is located five miles north of Moab along Highway 191.

Plane
Commercial airlines serve Grand Junction, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah. Grand Junction is roughly a two hour drive from Arches, while Salt Lake is about a four hour drive.


Bus
Greyhound bus travels I-70, making stops at Grand Junction, Colorado and Green River, Utah. Commercial van transportation is available from Moab, Salt Lake City and Grand Junction.


Public Transportation
Not available.

Camping

Open year around, the Devils Garden Campground is located 18 miles from the park entrance. Facilities do not include showers, but otherwise are modern and include potable water, picnic tables, grills, and pit-style and flush toilets. You must bring your own wood or charcoal to grill out. A few sites will accommodate Recreational vehicles up to thirty feet in length.
